Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to orders processed and shipped by Brewbuild
1:ORDERS
We endeavour to process all orders on the day they are received. Please allow up to 4 days for items requiring assembly like brew kettles. Any problems with an order will normally be notified by email. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order we will email you for instructions and offer a refund if you require. Items are normally marked on the website if they are out of stock but occasionally a run on a particular item can mean that stock is depleted before the website is updated.
2:SHIPPING
All orders are shipped either the same or the next business day by NZ Post.
PICK UP - we offer a pick-up option from our premises in New Plymouth, Taranaki. Please note that this is not a retail shop and is only available for pre-paid pick ups.
3:RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund any item which does not meet the quality standards you expect. Please email us with any problem before returning items. Please note that while we are happy to exchange wrongly ordered items it is the clients responsibility to pay for the freight costs to ship replacement items and to return the original items. Any item found to be faulty will be replaced and shipped free of charge. Items returned must be in the same condition as supplied.
